Provide quality occupational therapy services in our adult post-acute residential rehabilitation program. Evaluate and develop effective treatment plans for our adult individuals with traumatic and/or acquired brain injuries. Administer treatment programs for individuals served and communicate treatment needs to staff for generalization to the residence. Provide re-evaluation, programmatic changes, and effectively manage a caseload. Ensure effective coordination of individual's served home and community re-integration. Maintain documentation including treatment updates, discharge planning and recommendations and individualized protocols for individuals served. Serve on an interprofessional rehabilitation team, participate in team meetings, attend professional conferences, participate in project teams for program development and growth, and engage with the company's nationwide network. Collaborate with our physicians, professionals/paraprofessionals, consultants, families, and community resources to ensure effectiveness of our occupational therapy program. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy Must be a licensed OT in the state of Arkansas and a member in good standing with American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA) Current driver's license Effective communication skills A reliable, responsible attitude and a compassionate approach A commitment to quality in everything you do You will make a difference every day and help to provide quality of life-enhancing services to the individuals we serve Why Join Us?- Full, Part-time, and As Needed schedules available.
