Retail Display Merchandiser

Position Overview Join Kellanova as a Part-Time Retail Display Merchandiser for our Newton, NJ territory. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, building, filling, and maintaining our displays. This position requires 12-20 hours of work per week. You will reside within 25 miles of the center of this territory; mileage reimbursement will be provided. The hourly starting wage is $17.00-$17.50 per hour. Responsibilities Build, fill, and maintain displays in assigned stores, ensuring proper rotation, placement, and facing of products. Deliver superior in-store merchandising service to ensure product visibility. Build and foster relationships with store employees and managers. Perform physical tasks including heavy lifting, bending, stooping, and moving materials. Qualifications Ability to stand 8-10 hours a day; stoop, kneel, bend, push, pull. Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, climb ladders or step stools, and reach above shoulders. Ability to visit assigned stores during the shift. Use of personal vehicle; driving record must be clear of violations in the past 36 months. Ability to use mobile applications to report hours and tasks. Benefits and Compensation Hourly pay: $17.00-$17.50. Mileage reimbursement for travel between stores. Phone stipend for mobile apps used during work hours.
