About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Package Integrity Analyst to join our Quality team. In this role, you will investigate product quality issues, support continuous improvement initiatives, and help ensure our packaging meets the highest standards for safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction. This position plays a critical role in maintaining product integrity by performing root cause analysis, monitoring production processes, and collaborating across departments.
Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate in-house quality issues and customer complaints using root cause analysis
  • Conduct testing on new and used packaging to verify compliance and identify defects
  • Monitor products throughout the production process to ensure quality standards are met
  • Perform physical, chemical, and sensory product evaluations
  • Maintain and analyze quality data, including the Leaker Log
  • Identify trends and recommend improvements to processes and product quality
  • Provide on-the-floor training and guidance to production staff
  • Ensure adherence to quality, food safety, and regulatory standards
  • Review production documentation for accuracy and completeness
  • Collaborate with production, warehouse, and quality teams to resolve issues
  • Assist with audits and compliance activities
Qualifications
Required
  • High School Diploma or GED
Preferred
  • 6 months–1 year of experience in the food industry

THE SCHEDULE & SETTING
Shift Times: 8a-4p
Days: Mon-Fri
Work Environment
Requires climbing ladders/stairs to access tanks and pumps.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8+ hours/day)
  • Frequent climbing of stairs
  • Occasional bending, kneeling, and reaching
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Strong visual acuity (close, distance, and peripheral vision)
