Occupational Therapist - PRN

Occupational Therapist (PRN) Flexible schedule working an inpatient pediatric caseload. Minimum two weekend days per month with flexibility to cover a full weekend or individual days. Responsibilities Establish treatment plans and provide treatment, considering discharge needs, expected discharge functional status, and appropriate equipment and supplies. Educate, collaborate with, and hold conferences with patients, families, and other health‑care providers; recommend referrals to specialists as needed. Delegate to assistants, techs, and students through written and verbal communication, determining requisite skill level or competency for interventions that best meet patient needs. Complete documentation in accordance with departmental policies. Provide assessment, reassessment, and/or consultations for Occupational Therapy Services. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy. Valid Occupational Therapist license. Preferred: Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy. No prior experience required; supervisor experience not required.
