Client Partner

Owning the operational health and delivery of client accounts, the full-time remote Client Partner will manage budgets, timelines, and project status while serving as the primary point of contact for clients and ensuring smooth project execution. Key responsibilities Manage account operations, including budgets, timelines, and billing, while keeping Salesforce updated Oversee project management and delivery using Asana, maintaining workback plans and aligning priorities across teams Identify growth opportunities within accounts and assist in scoping them into signed engagements Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in account management, project management, or client services at an agency or professional services firm Proven experience managing budgets, timelines, and billing across multiple accounts Hands-on proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) Demonstrated use of AI tools for client communications and project data synthesis Strong judgment in distinguishing project health and escalation needs
