Physical Therapist Assistant

BreakThrough Physical Therapy seeks a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to deliver one-on-one, evidence-based care in our outpatient clinic. Working under the direction of a licensed PT, you will implement individualized treatment plans, provide therapeutic exercise and functional training, and educate patients on home programs and wellness strategies. You will document progress in our EMR, help maintain a safe, efficient clinic environment, and collaborate closely with a supportive, patient-first team.
