Responsibilities Under the direction of the department Director & Patient Care Supervisor to assist with the care of patients being seen in the Cancer Center by performing nursing care; including vital signs, weights and measurements, documentation in the electronic health record, collaborating with nursing and interdisciplinary team members, interacting with patients and family, and managing necessary clinic inventory. Demonstrate effective communication skills to accurately convey patient information to RN, LPN and other members of the team in a timely manner. Demonstrate basic computer skills to accurately record vital patient information. Experience Hospital experience- Preferred , Phlebotomy-Preferred (training available) License/Certification/Education BLS (Basic Life Support) from AHA (American Heart Association), CNA (Certified Nurse Assistant)-Required High School or Equivalent-Preferred BENEFITS Happen Here!
