What You'll Do:
- Lead Back of House operations
- Coach and develop Team Members
- Maintain food quality, food safety, and operational standards
- Identify and respond to changing operational needs
- Model and protect our Mission & Values

Qualifications:
- Must be 18 Years of Age or Older
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of leadership experience in a high-volume kitchen
- Working knowledge of labor and productivity
- Working knowledge of food cost and waste management
- Working knowledge of food safety principles
- ServSafe Manager Certification preferred
- Able to work in cooler and freezer environments
- Able to stand for extended periods
- Able to safely lift up to 40 pounds
