AI/ML Engineer

We are seeking a talented AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, deploy, and optimize machine learning and generative AI solutions that solve real-world business challenges. The ideal candidate has strong experience in Python, machine learning frameworks, cloud technologies, and MLOps, with a passion for building scalable AI applications. Typical AI/ML engineering roles emphasize end-to-end model development, deployment, monitoring, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models.
• Build scalable data pipelines for data ingestion, preprocessing, and feature engineering.
• Develop and optimize predictive, classification, recommendation, NLP, and generative AI models.
• Fine-tune and evaluate large language models (LLMs) and foundation models.
• Deploy AI models using MLOps best practices and monitor production performance.
• Collaborate with data engineers, software developers, product managers, and business stakeholders.
• Conduct model experimentation, A/B testing, and performance optimization.
• Implement APIs and AI services for production applications.
• Ensure AI solutions follow security, governance, and responsible AI practices.
• Document model architecture, experiments, and technical designs.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–8+ years of experience in Machine Learning, AI, or Data Science.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Experience with SQL and data processing.
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistics, and data structures.
• Experience with REST APIs and software engineering best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
