Warehouse SupervisorLocation: Montgomery, ALPosition Reports To: Terminal ManagerSchedule: 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Some overtime and weekends to be expected.Compensation: Hourly. Commensurate with skills and experienceResponsibilitiesReconcile packaged, truck, and bulk lube activityManage and complete monthly inventory reconciliation, including cycle counts, resolving inventory variances, and maintaining inventory controlCoordinate tank orders and deliveries, manage tank inventoryManage and maintain security of the building and stock to ensure all products are accounted forProactively maintain orderliness and cleanliness in the warehouseResearch and resolve product cost, storage, and freight discrepanciesEnsure proper protocols and procedures are followedIdentify and resolve internal control gapsContinual cost, service, and operational improvementFacilitate and maintain internal and external business relationshipsCommunicate and coordinate effectively with other Sun Coast departments and with customersMeet deadlines for month-end closingsOther tasks and projects as assigned by managerRequirementsMust be local (live within 60 miles)High school diploma or equivalentValid Driver's license and a good driving recordMust be able to pass background screening including a criminal background1 year prior supervisory/management experience in an operational rolePrior inventory management experienceExperience with Microsoft Office programs, Outlook, Excel and WordStrong communication and interpersonal skillsMust be able to work in extreme weather conditionsAbility to exert 50-100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 25-50 pounds of force frequently, and/or 10-20 pounds of force constantlyAbility to bend, sit, squat, stand, crawl, walk and reach above shoulderAbility to work well in a fast paced team environmentAbility to work with toolsAbility to provide leadership to through exceptional relationship and performance managementMust be detail oriented, organized and self-motivatedPreferredSAP experienceExperience and knowledge of fuel and lubricant productsSun Coast Resources LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
