Forklift Operator - 3rd Shift

Night Shift Forklift Operator / Order Picker

Black Bear Talent is seeking an experienced Forklift Operator / Order Picker to join our client's warehouse team. This position is ideal for a dependable individual with previous warehouse experience, strong forklift skills, and a proven history of reliability and longevity in past positions.

Schedule: Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday

Hours: 6:00 PM to 4:30 AM (4 x 10-hour shifts)

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts to move, load, unload, and stage materials throughout the warehouse.
• Accurately pick and prepare customer orders using pick lists and warehouse inventory systems.
• Verify product quantities and inspect materials for quality and accuracy.
• Load and unload trucks while following all safety procedures.
• Organize inventory and maintain a clean, safe, and orderly warehouse.
• Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed.
• Follow all company policies, safety guidelines, and standard operating procedures.
• Work efficiently to meet productivity and accuracy goals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous forklift experience is required.
• Previous warehouse experience using an RF Scanner is required.
• Experience with order picking or piece picking is required.
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Reliable transportation and excellent attendance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Stable work history demonstrating dependability and longevity with previous employers.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
