About the Role As the Store Manager, you will immerse yourself in Pandora’s brand culture and deliver exceptional customer experiences while spending quality time on the sales floor, engaging with customers, and driving sales. Responsibilities Coach and manage a team of Assistant Store Managers, Sales Leads, and Sales Associates. Build genuine connections with fans to exceed individual and store sales goals. Set new records and achieve remarkable success beyond commercial targets and KPIs. Create unforgettable shopping moments that exceed expectations with excellent product knowledge. Foster accountability among the sales team through real‑time feedback and guidance. Develop loyal fans by authentically engaging beyond transactions. Recruit, retain, and develop exceptional teams, including seasonal and core hiring of Assistants, Leads, and Associates. Partner with the Divisional Sales Manager and Human Resources to resolve performance issues and policy violations. Ensure timely implementation of visual merchandising directives, efficient operational processes, and continuous talent development. All other duties as assigned. Qualifications 3–5 years of experience as a Store Manager in a high‑performance selling environment. Results‑oriented leadership with strong communication skills, written and verbal. Ability to charm and captivate an audience at all levels of the organization. Sharp business acumen and analytical thinking, delivering positive results. Talent magnet: skilled in recruiting, retaining, and developing teams with succession planning and internal mobility. Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Suite and retail point‑of‑sale systems. Minimum 18 years of age and proof of eligibility to work. Work Schedule / Physical Requirements Flexible schedule with nights, weekends, and holidays. Stand for extended periods and lift 50+ pounds.
