Customer Service - Self Storage Manager

Compensation Earn $16.00 per hour. Benefits Flexible full‑time schedules between 9:30am and 6pm (weekends until 5pm) Full‑time benefits after an average of 20+ hours: medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, paid time off, sick time, and flex spending Company‑paid life insurance, accidental death insurance, and exclusive vendor discounts Mileage reimbursement for travel between properties or other work‑related tasks Performance‑based bonuses for property managers Job Description Work independently at multiple locations, both inside and outside Assess customer storage needs and make suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies Conduct daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability, ensuring spaces are ready to rent Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of daily operations Help keep customers current with payments and make reminder and collection calls when required Physical Requirements Transport and lift items weighing up to 35 pounds Walk around facilities, spending up to 50% of time outdoors, including climbing stairs and opening large doors Perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks: sweeping, mopping interior areas, and maintaining exterior grounds and curb appeal Qualifications Experience in customer‑service–centered sales environments such as retail, restaurant, fast food, or other service‑based companies Valid driver’s license and own vehicle to travel between locations and perform work‑related tasks (mileage reimbursement available) #J-18808-Ljbffr Public Storage
