SAP S/4HANA RTR (Record to Report) Consultant

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA RTR Consultant with 8-10+ years of experience to manage and optimize the Record-to-Report (R2R) process within SAP S/4HANA, including Central Finance. The consultant will ensure accurate financial reporting, timely period closing, statutory compliance, and seamless integration with upstream processes such as Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P). The role involves supporting business users, driving process improvements, and aligning SAP FICO solutions with accounting standards and organizational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the SAP Record-to-Report (R2R) process
• Support period-end and year-end closing activities
• Ensure compliance with statutory and financial reporting requirements
• Integrate R2R processes with O2C and P2P modules
• Configure and support SAP S/4HANA Finance and Central Finance solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues in SAP FICO
• Drive process improvements and system enhancements
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Support testing, documentation, and deployment activities

Required Skills & Experience

• 8-10+ years of SAP Finance experience
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA Central Finance
• Deep understanding of Record-to-Report (R2R) processes
• Strong knowledge of SAP FICO configuration
• Understanding of financial reporting, compliance, and accounting standards
• Experience integrating R2R with O2C and P2P processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
