Gym Operations Manager — Elevate Member Experience

EōS Fitness in Bradenton, FL is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the Service team and drive operational excellence in daily gym operations. You will supervise front desk, kids club, and janitorial staff while ensuring an outstanding member experience and adherence to brand standards. You will partner with Sales, Fitness, Facilities, and Marketing to improve gym performance, manage revenue goals, and uphold safety and SOPs.
