Occupational Therapist - Travel Contract

Make a meaningful difference as a travel OT with Jackson Therapy Partners. We’re seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve their daily skills while exploring a new location.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Active Texas Occupational Therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience in skilled nursing facility (SNF) or long-term care (LTC) settings preferred. Proficiency with electronic medical records preferred; familiarity with Net Health (Rehab Optima) and PointClickCare (PCC) is preferred. Productivity expectation: ability to meet a 90% productivity requirement. Comfort treating 8–12 residents per day in a mixed skilled nursing and Part B outpatient environment. Black scrubs required for dress code. New graduates will be considered if eager to learn; preference for Level II Fieldwork SNF experience.

Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility. Shift Name: Days. Shift Schedule: 5x8s. Weekend Requirement: Weekends are not required; department may allow flexible scheduling with occasional weekend coverage exchanged for a weekday. Caseload: Typically 8–12 residents per day across SNF and Part B services. EMR Systems: Net Health (formerly Rehab Optima) and PointClickCare (PCC) in use.
