The LICSW will provide therapy, evaluate client needs, develop appropriate treatment plans, and support clients working through a range of mental health concerns, emotional challenges, and life transitions. This role requires strong clinical skills, accurate documentation, and the ability to provide consistent care in a remote environment.ResponsibilitiesProvide individual psychotherapy sessions through a secure telehealth platformComplete clinical assessments and intake evaluationsDevelop and update treatment plans based on client needs and progressSupport clients experiencing mental health concerns, stress, and life changesMonitor client progress and adjust care plans when neededMaintain timely and accurate clinical documentationFollow Minnesota licensing requirements, confidentiality standards, and professional guidelines
