Key Highlights Weekly pay: $2,729-$2,881 per week Guaranteed hours: 0.0 per week Contract duration: 13 weeks Shift: Nights, 11:00 PM-7:30 AM, Monday-Friday Start date: 06/01/2026 Setting: Hospital travel assignment Responsibilities Perform MRI examinations using GE HDXT 16.0 and 23.0 equipment, following department protocols and patient care standards. Position patients and select imaging sequences to optimize diagnostic quality; verify patient safety and screen for MRI contraindications. Collaborate with a fellow MRI Tech or MRI Tech/Traveler; after midnight, coverage is supported by call. Maintain equipment readiness, perform basic troubleshooting, and ensure daily quality control and room turnover. Document imaging procedures and patient data in the appropriate electronic health record (Meditech Expanse is highly preferred). Provide consistent communication with the team, respond to staffing needs for weekends/evenings, and participate in on-call coverage as required. Requirements Active ARRT (MR) Certification Current MRI/MR experience: 2+ years GE MRI equipment experience required Meditech Expanse experience highly preferred American Heart Association BLS certification Must have own vehicle Willingness to work weekends and evenings; ability to work night shifts Perm address must be included in traveler profile All RTO requests must be submitted at the time of submission Benefits and Support 8 hours of non-billable orientation included Holiday and overtime pay multipliers: 1.25x Additional Information Please note: Pay rates and guaranteed hours are estimates and may vary.
