Delta's OP&P Crew Planning & Performance team is responsible for maximize crew availability by forecasting demand & optimally placing supply, delivering analytical insights to improving DL's operational performance. The broader team link planning decisions to crew performance outcomes to continuously improve results, scales & standardizes best practices across the pilot & flight attendant crew divisions and connects the dots between crew performance and the broader operation / enterprise. The Analytics Specialist will be asked to work closely with leaders on the IFS and FOP Crew teams, as well as the broader OP&P organization to develop creative solutions to current challenges.
