Job Summary

Responsible for monitoring video surveillance systems, identifying suspicious activity, and reporting incidents to appropriate personnel. Does this position require patient care? Yes. Essential functions include monitoring video surveillance systems to identify suspicious activity, notifying appropriate personnel in the event of an incident or emergency, maintaining accurate records of incidents and communications, communicating with law enforcement and emergency personnel as needed, working with facility staff to ensure video surveillance systems are operating properly, maintaining confidentiality of all information and communications, participating in ongoing training to maintain technical skills and knowledge, and adhering to established policies and procedures.

Qualifications

Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent required. Can this role accept experience in lieu of a degree? No. Licenses and Credentials: Experience in conducting vestibular diagnostic tests. 1-2 years required. Knowledge, skills and abilities include knowledge of video surveillance systems and software, ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, attention to detail and the ability to multitask, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
