Elevator Mechanic Trainee

Elevator Mechanic Trainee Job Description We are seeking a motivated Elevator Mechanic Trainee who is eager to learn and grow in the Elevator Industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting scheduled maintenance and inspections to ensure that equipment meets specifications and safety standards. They will also be responsible for maintaining records of inspections and repairs. Responsibilities: Assembling, installing, and connecting elevator cars, frames, cables, pulleys, rails, motors, and controls Troubleshooting and repairing malfunctions and damages to electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems and components Using hoists, ladders, hand tools, and safety equipment to access and remove defective parts Assisting with the testing and commissioning of new elevator installations Following safety procedures and guidelines at all times Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Willingness to learn and follow instructions Valid driver's license and reliable transportation If you are looking for an exciting career in the Elevator Industry and are willing to learn and grow, we encourage you to apply for this position. #J-18808-Ljbffr
