Job Summary

Pittsburgh, PA | Cranberry Township

Start Date: September 1st

Hours: Tues-Thurs, 7/8 AM- 5 PM schedule, 27 hours/week

Hourly Rate: $26/hour

Children: 3-year-old & 1-month-old

Pets: One Dog

Paid Vacation:

• 1 week paid family’s choice
• 1 week paid nanny’s choice
• 3 sick or personal days
• all major holidays

Responsibilities and Duties

WHO/WHAT:  Some investments pay dividends for years to come. These parents believe finding the right nanny is one of them. They've spent months thoughtfully preparing for this season, knowing that welcoming the right caregiver into their home is one of the biggest parenting decisions they'll make this year. Finding the right nanny has never been an afterthought. They're looking for someone who will become a trusted part of their family's daily life—someone who will nurture, encourage, and walk alongside their children through these early years with warmth, consistency, and genuine care.

You'll enjoy the best of both worlds. Big brother is wonderfully energetic, full of laughter, and firmly believes every day should include plenty of running, jumping, and adventure. His favorite activity is simply never stopping! His baby sister couldn't be more different. Calm, observant, and content to quietly take in the world around her, she already brings a peaceful balance to the home. Their personalities may be complete opposites, but together they're the sweetest combination.

Mom will be on maternity leave until November, so the first two months will be tag -teaming with her to help provide a much-needed second set of hands! Once she returns to work, your primary focus will be caring for their infant while big brother enjoys his days at daycare. With Dad working from home/traveling often and Mom commuting into Pittsburgh everyday, your calm, dependable presence will become an important part of helping the household run smoothly. Mornings will be wonderfully full as you help everyone start the day on the right foot. You’ll take the family's lovable dog for his morning walk and help keep life moving smoothly before daycare drop-off. Throughout the day, you'll care for baby, wash bottles, complete the children's laundry, and let the dog out as needed.

Although this position is expected to last about a year, these parents aren't simply looking to fill a role. Requirements and Benefits

• Nanny must have a driver's license, vehicle, and a clean driving record

• Nanny MUST have previous nanny experience for a minimum of 2 years.
