We are seeking a diligent and efficient cleaner to join our team. The selected candidate will have experience in cleaning and maintenance, pay special attention to detail, and be able to work independently and as part of a team. The cleaner's main role will be to ensure that the facilities are kept clean and orderly at all times, in accordance with health and safety standards.

Cleaner Responsibilities:

- Clean and maintain designated areas, including offices, bathrooms, and common areas.

- Dust and polish surfaces, including furniture and fixtures.

- Vacuum and mop floors, and dispose of trash and recyclable materials.

- Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies and toiletries.

- Report maintenance and repair needs to the appropriate staff.

- Follow all health and safety guidelines, including the use of protective equipment and safe handling of hazardous substances.

- Maintain a high level of cleanliness and order at all times.

- Perform ad hoc cleaning tasks as needed.

Requirements:

- Demonstrated experience as a cleaner or in a similar role.

- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods.

- Great attention to detail, with the ability to identify and address cleaning needs.

- Ability to work independently or as part of a team, depending on the task.

- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

- Good communication skills, with the ability to report maintenance and repair needs to the appropriate staff.

- Physical stamina and strength, with the ability to lift and move heavy objects when necessary.

- Knowledge of health and safety standards, including proper use of protective equipment and handling of hazardous substances.
