This role sits at the intersection of creativity and strategy, playing a crucial part in scaling a brand that empowers small-chested women. The VP of Brand will craft compelling stories that resonate with the community, driving demand and creating lasting emotional connections. This position involves working closely with executive leaders to develop brand strategies that are not only creative but also commercially successful. Join this high-impact role to help define the future of a vibrant and empowering brand. Accountabilities Evolve the brand vision and positioning in collaboration with executive leadership. Translate product strategies into compelling creative narratives. Own the product storytelling framework and ensure consistent messaging. Manage the development of creative assets across various formats. Define and track brand performance metrics to optimize strategy. Lead integrated go-to-market campaigns for product launches. Drive the social media, PR, and community engagement strategies. Requirements Deep passion for brand and mission focused on body positivity. 10+ years of experience in brand strategy or marketing. Strong portfolio demonstrating successful brand execution. Experience in the women's apparel or intimacy sector preferred. Ability to lead high-performing teams and cultivate a collaborative culture.
