As Ductwork Construction Manager, you will take responsibility for managing all aspects of ductwork installation from pre‑construction through to project handover. You will play a key role in ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, to programme, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities Manage all aspects of ductwork installation projects from pre‑construction through to handover. Plan and coordinate site activities, labour, materials, and plant to meet programme deadlines. Work closely with project managers, commercial teams, and wider construction teams. Review technical drawings and specifications to ensure accurate installation. Lead and supervise site teams, including supervisors, installers, and subcontractors. Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with health and safety legislation and company policies. Monitor site progress and provide regular reporting on programme performance, risks, and key milestones. Identify and resolve site issues promptly to minimise delays and maintain productivity. Manage quality control processes, inspections, testing, and snagging activities. Maintain strong onsite relationships with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders, representing the business professionally at all times. What do we look for? Proven experience managing DW144 and fire‑resisting ductwork installation projects. Strong understanding of ventilation systems, ductwork fabrication, and installation methods. Experience working on major construction projects within sectors such as commercial, healthcare, data centres, life sciences, or industrial environments. Good knowledge of health and safety regulations, with SMSTS or equivalent qualification preferred. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and construction documentation. Strong leadership, organisational, and team management skills. Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
