About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Information Officer (CIO) to play a pivotal role in the organization's digital transformation and strategic growth. The CIO will be responsible for operating at the intersection of business and technology, ensuring the seamless operation of the business while building and implementing digital capabilities to support future growth. This highly visible leadership position involves shaping a future-ready technology strategy, leading a high-impact team, and creating a flexible IT environment that aligns with the company's acquisition-driven growth strategy. Key responsibilities include business partnership and strategy alignment, M&A integration, operational excellence, digital transformation, and financial discipline in IT investment management. The ideal candidate for the CIO role at the company will have a BS degree in a technical field, with a preference for an MBA, and at least 15 years of progressive IT experience, including 7 years in senior leadership. Experience in leading IT integration in M&A-driven or acquisition-active environments is required, with a background in the manufacturing industry or consumer packaged goods being a plus. The successful candidate will be a change leader, with a human-centric approach to change management, and will be adept at making strategic decisions, delegating effectively, and fostering a culture of transparency and collaboration. The role demands a leader who can drive innovation through data, analytics, and AI, and who is committed to building a modern IT organization that is a strategic business function.
