Build a Future with Pali: Trainings for Ropes Leads, and School Leads available your first season. These positions include a $30 pay raise. Leadership positions available after completion of 1 Season. These positions include a $280-$325 per week pay raise. Activity Specialist Role at Pali: Safety of children while teaching outdoor education, science, and leadership classes. Both co-teaching and solo teaching off an accredited lesson plan. Leadership of conference and events groups here for weekend trips. Set up and tear down for special events. Typical schedule Wednesday-Sunday Start Date: Full-time seasonal position Fall '26 Start: August 17, 2026 End: December 20, 2026 Spring '27 January 3, 2027- June 6, 2027 Check out Pali Adventures for summer camp positions. College degree required or program experience equivalent Prior camp counselor experience is a plus Have prior experience working with children. (Preferably in grades 4th-12th.) Possess ability to work in a team environment with 100+ other staff. Be flexible and adjust to changes quickly. Have ability to handle concerns and issues in a constructive manner.
