Description

We're seeking enthusiastic Pick & Pack Associates for a distribution center in North Canton, Ohio. Join the team supporting a renowned gourmet chocolate manufacturer and enjoy a sweet work environment!
Position Highlights:

• Monday-Friday schedule
• Start date July 20th
• Pay 1st shift $17.00 per hour
• Pay 2nd shift- $17.50 per hour
• Pack individual candies or product bags into boxes
• Operate various equipment: shrink and flow wrappers, candy cutters, twist wrappers, boxing and box taping equipment, and scales
• Set up and prepare the production line
• Maintain line sanitation and conduct proper clean-up at shift end
• Uphold strict quality standards for candy appearance, labeling, packing, and decoration
• Ensure cases are properly filled and all products meet company standards

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
• Capable of lifting/pushing/pulling up to 50 lbs occasionally
• Basic reading, writing, and math comprehension
• No artificial nails or eyelashes
• Work attire must be free from rips, holes, tears, patches, or frays

Physical Demands:

• Lift up to 50 lbs
• Bend, stoop, kneel, walk, and stand for extended periods
• Frequently perform repetitive manual tasks
