To enhance Lincoln's Talent Acquisition function, the remote Lead Talent Acquisition Governance & Enablement Consultant will manage governance, compliance, and training strategies while ensuring adherence to evolving regulations and best practices in hiring. Key responsibilities Serve as the lead for hiring compliance, translating regulations into practical policies and conducting regular audits Develop and deliver comprehensive training for recruiters and hiring leaders on compliance, processes, and standards Promote quality and consistency in the hiring process by partnering with cross-functional teams to enhance candidate and hiring leader experiences Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR, operations, compliance, or governance Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to operationalize policies and governance practices Proven background in risk mitigation, audit support, and regulatory compliance within Talent Acquisition Familiarity with ADMT/AEDT regulations and AI-assisted hiring tools
