Finance ManagerSerpentini Auto Group is seeking an experienced and skilled Finance Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in finance and automotive industry. The Finance Manager will be responsible for ensuring the profitability of the dealership by managing all financial aspects of the sales process.Responsibilities:Manage and oversee the financial aspects of the dealership's sales processOversee and manage the daily operations of the finance departmentDevelop and maintain relationships with lenders and financial institutionsAssist customers with financing and leasing optionsProvide outstanding customer service and maintain high customer satisfaction levelsEnsure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to automotive financingQualifications:Minimum of 1 years of experience in automotive finance managementStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentKnowledge of automotive financing products, regulations and lawsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple prioritiesProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteWe offer competitive compensation, benefits package, and a positive work environment with opportunity for advancement.
