About the Role:
We are seeking a Registered Nurse who embodies the essence of a servant leader, dedicated to providing exceptional patient care. Responsibilities:
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate each patient's care.
- Respect and prioritize the individual needs and rights of each patient.
- Maintain a safe environment for patients, visitors, and staff.
- Demonstrate leadership through clinical practice, supervision, and education.
- Apply proficient clinical skills and sound decision-making abilities.
- Provide specialized care for oncology and orthopedic patients as required.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
Experience:
- Minimum of two years' clinical experience as a med surg RN.
- Completion of Nursing Department orientation; oncology experience preferred.
License:
- Current South Carolina RN license.
- BLS certification required.
