We are seeking an experienced, highly organized, and proactive Accounting Assistant to oversee daily office operations and provide accounting support. The successful candidate will have excellent administrative, financial, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. 

Position Responsibilities Include:  

· Providing excellent customer service to guests and employees and performing receptionist duties.

· Processing payments and invoice management.

· Assisting with bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, and financial record-keeping.

· Supporting management with administrative and operational tasks.

Qualifications:

· A high school diploma is required. Additional education or training is preferred. 

· 3+ years of experience in accounting, payroll, or administrative support.

· Experience with accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and payroll.
