Set up and operate fabricating equipment safely Fabricate commercial sheet metal according to blueprints and specifications Determine scope of work, materials needed based off blueprints Maintain work area and shop tools/equipment Follow all safety, environmental, and quality policies, procedures, and practices Assist coworkers as needed Qualifications: Ability and willingness to learn Ability to lift 40 - 75lbs Knowledge of metal fabrication machinery and tools Ability to read prints and construction drawings Should be mechanically inclined and able to work independently Must be self-motivated with excellent organizational skills Dependable and able to be at work on time Great communication skills and a positive attitude Valid Driver's License Forklift license preferred but not required Roofing knowledge preferred but not required Position Information: The work environment will be in a warehouse setting and job duties may varie Summary Benton team members enjoy competitive benefits and perks.
