Training & UX Specialist

Required Qualifications: Minimum of 8 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 6 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 3 years with PhD Experience in instructional design and training development Must have UX certifications Knowledge of UX design principles and methods Proficiency with training and collaboration tools Strong presentation and facilitation skills Understanding of adult learning principles U.S Citizenship required DoD TS with ability to obtain/maintain SCI clearance Preferred Qualifications: Instructional design certifications preferred 8 years of specific experience Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, HCI, or related field Peraton seeks a Training & UX Specialist to support Department of Defense Cyber Defense Command (DCDC) with DCO AI Cyber Security Support.
