**THIS POSITION IS ONLY TEMPORARY around a month or so**

Pay: $18-20 (DOE)

Shift: 7AM-7PM (Rotating)

1). Receive and release rail cars.

2). Work with computers, tablets with BAAN, POP, Excel, and other computer programs.

3). Deliver via pump system the correct material into the correct silo.

4). Take daily silo readings from E-BOB.

5). Compare silo Levels/Measurements to previous day to know what product to unload.

6). Monitor E-Bob system to keep from over filling silos.

7). Know and determine what product is in each silo.

8). Recognize proper connections from railcar to manifold to pump to silo.

9). Understand and make proper adjustments of rail car manifold.

10). Monitor Vacuum and Pressure gauges.

11). Know the proper sequence of railcar valves to open for unloading.

12). Communicate regularly with the purchasing department to replace cars as needed.

13). Accurately fill out paperwork and verify all information matches samples as required.

14). Work with little to no supervision.

15). Obtain resin samples for quality samples for quality dept.

16). Troubleshoot any problems during daily operations.

17). Clean or replace filters as needed.

18). Monitor oil levels in the vacuum pump and replace as needed.

19). Work outside in weather (sometimes extreme conditions).

20). Poper use of fall protection system must be worn when on railcars (NO fear of heights or walking on top of cars).

21). Follow all HACCP and good manufacturing practices (GMP's).

22). Follow environmental and safety regulations and acts in compliance with US laws.

23). Perform other related duties as required by supervisor.

Education: HS/GED, 1-3 YEARS RELATIVE EXPERIENCE
