Key Qualifications:

• Master’s or specialist-level degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
• Valid state certification or eligibility for School Psychologist credentials
• Experience working with K-12 student populations (internships or previous employment)
• Strong assessment, intervention, and counseling skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and support staff
• Commitment to culturally responsive practices and supporting diverse learners

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive psychological services, including assessments, counseling, and consultative support for students across several schools
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavior intervention plans
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to address academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs
• Participate in school-wide initiatives to foster positive and inclusive environments
• Offer crisis intervention and support as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with district and state requirements
