Production Floor Supervisor

Overview The Production Floor Supervisor provides leadership and direction for site production activities to achieve safety, cost, quality, and delivery goals. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role oversees available resources and leads associates to execute all departmental tasks efficiently and cost-effectively while ensuring products meet quality standards and production schedules. Responsibilities The Production Floor Supervisor ensures proper use of Swagelok personnel systems and adherence to regulatory requirements related to Assembly Services operations. This role also supports the company’s Strategic Plan, as well as its mission, vision, and values. Schedule and requirements This position follows an on-site work schedule, with regular on-site attendance required Monday through Friday. Based on business and operational needs, the position may require overtime, schedule adjustments, or occasional shift variations. #J-18808-Ljbffr swagelok
