  • Monitor case progress, track critical deadlines, identify potential risks, and escalate complex or high-priority matters when appropriate.
  • Generate reports, respond to data requests, and provide ad hoc analysis to support immigration program operations and business needs.
  • Maintain confidential employee records and documentation in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Legal, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders to ensure a positive employee experience and efficient case management.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. immigration regulations, processes, and employment-based immigration programs.
  • Experience supporting immigration case management in a corporate environment, global mobility function, or immigration law firm.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience using Workday, ServiceNow, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with global mobility programs and employee relocation processes.
  • Experience leveraging AI-enabled productivity tools to improve operational efficiency.
