Campus Human Resources Director

Catalent seeks a Campus Human Resources Director to lead HR operations across its Kansas City facility. This salaried position reports to site leadership and encompasses talent management, employee relations, organizational development, compliance, and strategic HR initiatives supporting business objectives.

Responsibilities

Represent HR in site leadership teams and advise senior leaders on talent strategy and organizational effectiveness
Oversee talent planning, recruitment, retention, performance management, and employee engagement activities
Partner with business leaders on organizational design, change management, and compensation decisions
Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and programs aligned with company goals
Lead compliance efforts and use HR analytics to drive data-informed decisions and improvements

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 10 years progressive HR experience with 5+ years in HR leadership role
Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices
Proven ability to lead, influence, and develop high-performing teams
Experience with Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) and data analytics
Excellent interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
Catalent internal leadership experience may substitute for external experience
