Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in the Miami-Fort Lauderdale Area. The Real Estate Agent will represent buyers, sellers, and investors in residential and commercial property transactions, providing expert guidance from initial consultation through closing. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and following up with leads, conducting property showings, preparing and presenting offers, and negotiating contract terms. The role involves performing market analysis, advising clients on pricing and marketing strategies, coordinating inspections and appraisals, and ensuring all documentation complies with legal and regulatory requirements. The Real Estate Agent will also collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners, such as lenders, attorneys, and inspectors, to support a smooth transaction process and maintain a positive client experience. Qualifications Active Real Estate License and solid knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property fundamentals Strong Sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing techniques Proven Customer Service abilities, with a focus on responsiveness, professionalism, and client satisfaction Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to work on-site in the Miami-Fort Lauderdale Area, including local travel to properties and client meetings Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in handling contracts and transaction documentation Comfort with real estate technology tools, MLS platforms, and basic office software Prior experience in residential or commercial real estate is preferred but not required #J-18808-Ljbffr Nyobel
