We're hiring experienced Maintenance Technicians to join our team and support residential communities in the Hillsdale, NJ area

What You'll Do
- HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and building systems
- Complete preventive maintenance and service requests
- Perform inspections and identify maintenance needs
- Support and mentor junior technicians
- Help maintain safe, clean, and well-operated communities
What We're Looking For
- Required to have professional verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general repair skills
- Ability to work independently and solve problems efficiently
- Valid driver's license
