About Evergreen Brands
Evergreen Brands is the parent company behind a growing portfolio of businesses serving commercial clients across North America. Our companies provide essential facility and exterior services, including landscaping, snow removal, asphalt maintenance, janitorial services, lot sweeping, and commercial property solutions.
We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist to develop, manage, and optimize paid digital campaigns that deliver measurable business growth.
About the Role
In this position, you will manage campaigns that support both sides of our business:
• Generating qualified commercial sales leads
• Recruiting high-quality subcontractors and service partners throughout the United States and Canada
You will own paid advertising strategy, execution, optimization, conversion tracking, and reporting across Google and Meta. This role is ideal for a data-driven marketer who enjoys continuous testing and understands that successful marketing is measured by qualified leads, conversions, pipeline growth, and return on investment—not impressions alone.

Remarketing, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram
• Generate qualified commercial sales opportunities through paid advertising
• Develop campaigns that recruit qualified subcontractors and service partners nationwide
• Build keyword, audience, and targeting strategies that improve lead quality and reduce acquisition costs
• Conduct A/B testing of ad copy, creative assets, landing pages, calls to action, and audiences
• Monitor campaign performance and make ongoing data-driven optimizations
• Manage conversion tracking using GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, and Meta Pixel
• Use HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub to measure performance throughout the sales and recruiting
funnels
• Develop dashboards that track cost per lead, cost per acquisition, ROAS, conversion rates, and pipeline
performance
• Collaborate with the Marketing & Creative Director to improve messaging, landing pages, and
conversion rates
• Manage advertising budgets while maximizing return on investment
• Recommend new advertising channels, technologies, and growth strategies
Required Qualifications
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns
• At least 3 years of experience managing Meta advertising campaigns
• Strong knowledge of paid search, PPC strategy, Quality Score optimization, keyword strategy, and
audience targeting
• Experience with Google Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and Meta Business Suite
• Proven success generating qualified leads through paid advertising
• Experience with conversion tracking, attribution, and campaign reporting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns, budgets, and priorities simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub, including attribution, workflows, forms, landing
pages, automation, and dashboards
• Experience integrating Google and Meta advertising data with HubSpot
• Experience recruiting subcontractors, franchisees, independent contractors, or service providers through
paid advertising
• B2B marketing experience in facility services, construction, property management, home services, or a
related industry
• Google Ads or Meta certifications
• Experience with Local Services Ads or Microsoft Ads
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Ads
• Experience with Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, or similar conversion-rate optimization tools
What Success Looks Like
During your first 90–180 days, you will be expected to:
• Increase qualified in-bound commercial sales leads
• Build scalable subcontractor recruitment campaigns
• Reduce cost per qualified lead and subcontractor acquisition
• Improve paid-campaign conversion rates
• Deliver actionable reporting through HubSpot and Google Analytics
• Identify growth opportunities that improve marketing efficiency and ROI
Compensation and Benefits
• Annual salary of $75,000–$80,000, depending on experience
• Performance-based bonus opportunities
• Paid time off
• Health benefits
• Professional development and certification reimbursement
• Career-growth opportunities within an expanding national organization
