Screw Machine Operator Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 22.50 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday)

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Temporary Screw Machine Operator to join our production team. Prepare machines for operation by inserting tool holders and performing necessary set-ups, which may include changing cams, gears, collets, and pushers. Conduct daily machine servicing and lubrication in accordance with manufacturer-recommended procedures. Maintain accurate log sheets at each machine, documenting operational details and production outcomes. Demonstrated ability to perform machine set-ups and basic maintenance tasks (e.g., changing components like cams, gears, collets).

Screw Machine Operator Qualifications:

*Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills related to machine operation. Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain accurate production logs.

*Successful completion of a background check.

*Successful completion of a drug screen

*Commitment to quality production and safe work practices. Must own and wear steel-toed boots. Pre-employment Requirements.

*Proven experience as a Machine Operator, particularly with screw machines or similar automated manufacturing equipment.
