General Laborers

We are seeking reliable and hardworking General Laborers to join a leading wheel manufacturing company. This role is essential in supporting daily production operations, including assembly, finishing, quality inspection, and packaging of wheels and related components. No prior experience is required training will be provided.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assist with loading and unloading materials and components on the production line.
• Perform basic assembly, sanding, cleaning, and finishing tasks.
• Inspect wheels and parts for defects or irregularities and report any issues to supervisors.
• Operate basic hand tools and follow all safety guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Support machine operators and production staff as needed.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and work collaboratively with the team to meet production goals.

Requirements include:

• Ability to lift up to [3050 lbs] and stand for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing/warehouse environment.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to follow safety protocols and work as part of a team.

Preferred:

• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or general labor experience (not required).
