Qualifications Exceptional networking skills and the ability to attract great talent while recruiting Must be able to draft and develop compelling, concise job descriptions Over 3 years of recruiting industry experience, preferably 5 years Candidates must have strong interviewing, communication and interpersonal skills Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Tech-friendly and comfortable working online (Zoom, CRM, email). Self-motivated, coachable, and purpose-driven. Passion for helping people grow personally and financially.
