Title: Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) Job Duties: The Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) assesses, plans, organizes, develops, implements, and evaluates all activities related to nursing standards of care, professional development, operational function, and communication throughout the facility. These activities will be performed in compliance with Crestwood Behavioral Health Center's mission, philosophy, and policies. The Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) actively participates in and adheres to all organizational and departmental goals and objectives. The Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) is responsible for the client care delivered on the clinical unit and reports to the Director of Nursing Services. Schedule: On-Call: PM & NOC Qualifications: Current licensure in California as an LVN. Knowledge of general nursing theory and practice. Ability to supervise. Ability to work cooperatively with other staff members. Previous experience in mental health nursing preferred. Current CPR and first aid certifications. Final salary offered to the candidate selected for the position will be based on factors including but not limited to candidate's skills, experience, licensure, and program acuity.
