Perform various housekeeping services to keep rooms clean according to established standards. Visually inspect rooms to identify maintenance items. Assist guests by providing linens, towels, amenities, or information upon request. Deliver exceptional guest experience by providing friendly and courteous service with a Service+1 attitude. Assist with laundry or cleaning public spaces when necessary. Maintain a positive workplace environment for all team members. Work days include weekends; Saturday and Sunday may be required.
