Position: RN Wound Care Nurse
Location: Brooklyn, NY
Schedule: Full-Time
Salary: $100,000 – $115,000 annually
Seagate Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a skilled and compassionate RN Wound Care Nurse to join our dedicated clinical team. In this vital role, you will provide specialized wound care while ensuring the highest standards of treatment, safety, and patient comfort.

Key ResponsibilitiesProvide expert care for all types of wounds, including assessment, cleaning, dressing, and ongoing management
Accurately complete admission documentation and maintain thorough, timely clinical records
Monitor and evaluate wound healing progress, adjusting care plans as needed
Administer prescribed medications and treatments related to wound care
Educate residents and their families on wound care plans and prevention strategies
Strictly adhere to infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment
Maintain compliance with HIPAA and all confidentiality standards
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal resident outcomes
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of New York
Wound Care and Ostomy Certification required
Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
Excellent communication and patient care abilities
