GCM Transaction Manager I - Public Finance

Position may be based in Dallas, TX or Minneapolis, MN. Overview:Assists with negotiating transaction deal documents and facilitates deal closings in a timely manner for Global Capital Markets (GCM) clients.Primary Responsibilities:Assist in negotiating and closing transactions in which Wilmington Trust serves as in Trustee capacity, as well as other complementary roles and products.Assist more senior personnel on negotiating deal documents and facilitating deal closings.Develop deal manager skills to facilitate deal closings under limited supervision.Escalate client issues to more experienced personnel and ensure they are prioritized appropriately.Understand and adhere to the Company’s risk and regulatory standards, policies and controls in accordance with the Company’s Risk Appetite.
