Whole Child Therapy is a pediatric OT and speech practice founded and led by occupational therapists, not a staffing agency. We are hiring school-based OTR-COTA teams for our school partner in the Inland Empire area. Each registered OT leads and supervises a certified OT assistant, and together they serve students at assigned schools. Bonuses: a $1,500 year-end completion bonus and a $1,000 attendance bonus. Time off that is actually paid: 10 PTO days, 6 paid holidays, and 5 paid sick days. What you will do Evaluate and treat pediatric students under our school-based contract across sensory, motor, etc. Lead and clinically supervise a COTA partner who provides services under your license. Write IEP-aligned goals, conduct assessments, and collaborate with families and the school team. Document in a timely manner, with protected plan time built into your schedule. Requirements Current California OT license (or license-eligible) and NBCOT certification. Pediatric or school-based experience preferred; strong new graduates with a mentorship mindset are welcome.
